I used Kyle to provide an up to date will and associated estate planning documents. The process he uses is very well organized. After I completed a series of online questions we sat down for an hour to map out the strategy for the will. He sent me a draft of the documents a couple weeks later for my review and comments. Lastly there was a session to sign the finalized documents. I left his office with a well organized binder which included the entire will and estate plan documents. I was fairly certain of my estate planning needs before hiring him but it was great to discuss them and be confident that my plan had no hidden issues. That said I am sure he would be a great choice for those that need help getting started with an initial estate plan.

Kyle successfully updated and did a thorough restatement of our Trust with a new amendment and change of executor. His advice to change the beneficiary on our IRA's to go to a not for profit will save a significant amount of taxes for our other beneficiary.

Kyle Krull did a Living Trust for me back in 2000 after my husband died unexpectedly. After 21 years, I was in need of an update to that Trust. Kyle was there and quickly got my paperwork up to date. I asked a lot of questions and changed my mind about different things MANY times. He always answered my questions thoroughly and more importantly with compassion. I would highly recommend him for your estate planning needs! Thank you Kyle and Gretchen

We reached out to Kyle at the beginning of March 2020 to handle our estate planning needs. He was incredibly friendly, professional, timely and efficient in drafting all of the documents we'd requested and by the end of the month we had a completed Estate Plan that included a will, durable power of attorney, advanced health care directive, along with a few other documents we'd asked him to draft.
Estate planning can be a sensitive topic for some and Kyle approached it in a kind and professional manner. He was able to explain our options in a clear and concise manner which allowed us to not only understand what we were signing, but feel confident in our decisions. I would not hesitate to recommend Kyle to our friends, family and colleagues.

Kyle helped my husband and me establish our Living Trust many years ago. While everything was not seamless when my husband passed, it was due to my husband misinterpreting an instruction and not due to anything Kyle set up. Kyle worked tirelessly to help me get through the situation. More recently Kyle has helped me with my Mother's estate, even though he did not write the trust. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle for help setting up or updating your Living Trust. (And I have personally recommended him MANY times.)

Moving to Kansas from out of state required a thorough review of our established estate plan. Fearing a complete rewrite of what we had, we were pleased to learn that very little needed to be changed to adapt to Kansas law. Kyle was very thorough in his review of our documents and even offered other suggestions that would enhance our protection. His price was in line with other attorneys we have consulted. I would definitely recommend Kyle for your wills or full estate planning needs.

We never thought we would need an Advanced Directive or a Medical Power of Attorney. Thankfully we met with Kyle and had these documents along with our wills drawn up. Still, never dreaming we would need them. And then Covid hit. My fiance and I both caught it. Dave was a healthy male in his 40's with no medical conditions, on no medications, active, and in none of the "risk groups" for Covid. At about day 8 his condition declined quickly and he ended up in the hospital. Two days later he was on a ventilator. THANKFULLY I had the documents Kyle drew up for us. We weren't legally married yet (delayed due to covid). I took copies of the documents to the hospital and was able to make all of his medical decisions with no issues. One thing that had crossed my mind was what if he had elected to not have any form of life support? When you think about life support you think "I don't want to be a vegetable". He was on a ventilator and a feeding tube, that is life support. Luckily with Kyle's guidance we had chosen to leave all of those decision to each other and elected to not refuse any life saving treatments including "life support". In the end we were blessed with a miracle and he's home and recovering. We remain so thankful for Kyle. Please call him. Please take the time. You just never know.
