DUI Diversion Case

Brandan Davies is a fantastic local attorney that I previously had used for speeding tickets and he did a more than professional job of getting my first (and only) DUI case handled. The advice and knowledge given showed experience with ongoing research and the costs were minimal compared to most ...cases that I've heard from several similar cases with other DUI attorneys. I will very happily continue to use Brandan for his professionalism and service in the future, should other events occur, and I fully encourage others to do the same.

Speeding Ticket in Merriam

I was very happy with the representation I received from Brandan. He resolved my speeding ticket in Merriam. He was knowledgable, diligent and very successful on my case. I highly recommend him and will definitely reach him again if I have the need.

A Great Lawyer

I hired Brandan back in July of 2015 for a serious possession charge I got stuck with and after 7 months of Court appearances and motions I could not be happier with the outcome of my charges. He took the time to research recent supreme court cases that were relevant to my charges and scenario and w...as able to present them to the court during a pretrial motion hearing which ultimately lead to my charges being dismissed entirely. He is a worry free lawyer that looks at all the options and only gets you involved when needed. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a serious criminal defense lawyer.

TRAFFIC TICKET

I enjoy driving and sometimes I push it. Not to anyones detriment but my own. Brandon has always taken care of my tickets ( I average 1 a year) with no hassle and a reasonable cost. I value his service. Thank you! Tim
