Speeding ticket

Brandan was very professional and followed up with me In a timely manner to handle my speeding ticket. There were no hidden fees and he was completely honest and accurate about the next steps in the process. I don't plan on getting another speeding ticket however if I do, I will definitely utilize h...is services.

Convenient and effective!!

I was most impressed by Mr. Davies by the way he answers his own phone the first time I called. He knew everything that I needed to have right away to handle my citation and was able to take paperwork via email and payment by phone. I got confirmation from his office on the exact day that my issue ...had been handled, just as Brandan said I would. He was quick and courteous, and I will definitely use him again in the future should the necessity arise.

Traffic Ticket

I had an out of state traffic ticket. No booster seat for 6 year old. He gave me appropriate advise to how to deal with the ticket. The consultation was free. This is the best attorney and I will recommend him.

Excellent Attorney!

I was traveling with my family and received an out-of-state traffic ticket for speeding and I was unsure what to do about hiring an attorney. I was seeking an ammendation and did not know that in the state of Kansas, this process varies from county to county. Brandan was very knowledgeable of the sta...te and county laws and reassured me that he was the man for the job. He was helpful in that, I did not have to travel for court or signing paperwork. Brandan was someone I trusted not to take my money and run (which was a fear doing business over the phone from another state!). He also called to make sure I had taken care of the final details to avoid license revokation. (You don't meet compassionate and caring people anymore, especially not an attorney!) I am forever grateful that Brandan handled my traffic case in a friendly yet timely manner.

Great service in Johnson County, KS

Brandon did an excellent job in handling a speeding citation recently received by the Kansas Highway Patrol. His website was easy to use and it had entries for every element of the ticket. Quickly after I submitted my information, Brandon gave me a call. He asked me a few questions and walked me th...rough the process of taking care of the ticket. He then went through the court & lawyer fees in great detail and made sure I understood how it worked. Brandon clearly demonstrated that he wanted to make sure I understood everything and made sure I had no other questions. He was very easy to talk to and do business with. Brandon kept me well informed throughout the process and everything worked out as he described. I would endorse using Brandon and have already told colleagues of how well he performed his duties!
