dui diversion

I was referred to Brandan Davies when I was charged with my first dui. When i initially contacted him he explained, over the phone, how most of the cases work. I decided to meet up with him so that he could look at all of my personal information. He then helped me make the decision that I w...ould try for a diversion. He kept in contact with me in order to keep me well informed of everything I need to do in a timely manner. He was professional and knowledgeable every step of the way.

Speedy response/resolution to a moving violation.

I had a moving violation in Overland Park. And approached Brandan about the ticket. He was courteous,responsive and also took the time to have a discussion on the ticket in his office. He was thorough in the follow up process by mail. And I would definitely recommend him for any legal needs.

Mr. Davies did a wonderful job of taking care of my traffic ticket. He was very nice too!

This was my first time working with Mr. Davies. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he took care of my situation. If you are looking for an attorney to take care of your traffic tickets or other needs I would highly reccomend you call this attorney. He took very good care of me and I h...ad no worries.

This guy knows what he is doing! I spoke with him about my case and felt comfortable using him. He quoted me a price, then handled the matter from start to finish, keeping me informed at each step during the process. It was relatively quick and painless (better than I expected), and it went exactly l...ike Brandan described. In the event I ever need a lawyer again, he will be my first call. I would absolutely recommend him for any legal needs.
