Speedy response/resolution to a moving violation.

I had a moving violation in Overland Park. And approached Brandan about the ticket. He was courteous,responsive and also took the time to have a discussion on the ticket in his office. He was thorough in the follow up process by mail. And I would definitely recommend him for any legal needs.

Easy and fast to fix a speeding ticket

I needed a speeding ticket fixed. Fees were reasonable, and once I submitted the ticket and money, I didn't have to worry about anything else. Simply received an email later saying the ticket was fixed to a non-moving violation. Everything was handled over the phone, which was also nice. Ticket su...bmission, payment, etc. Also, he was easy to get in touch with.

Genuine Good Guy Lawyer

There must be a thousand derogatory lawyer jokes out there and yes they're funny and most of the time deserved, true or appropriate, but they don't fit this particular lawyer. Brandon Davies is professional, confident, skilled, and any number of attributes you might care to add. But, there is a singl...e attribute that separates him from the rest of the field. This lawyer actually cares. I had been arrested, and accused of a crime, needed a lawyer, and found Brandon Davies. He jumped in with both feet running. He filed for discovery and kept pushing the prosecution to deliver. It took over 4 months to get the prosecutor to release the discovery information and when it finally came Brandon found the reason for the delay. The discovery was exculpatory. The prosecution knew it was exculpatory and they still tried to proceed with the case. Once in front of the judge Brandon went to work and the charge was dropped. End of story right? Wrong! Normally a lawyer will over charge for little if any work done on a case but not so with Brandon Davies. he personally did all the foot work on the case, made all the calls, suffered the prosecutions delays right with me and sat with me for hours in the court room. In other words, the man was invested in the case and me. The fee for all the time and effort Brandon put in on the case was not only reasonable, it was FAIR! So, what do you call a thousand lawyers chained together at the bottom of the sea? A good start. But Brandon Davies isn't one of those lawyers, he's the genuine good guy, caring, Matlock type of lawyer. And I, for one, wish him well in his juristic endeavors.

has never let me down

ive called brandan for help a couple of times now and he's helped me out of a couple of situations with very little effort on my part. i just have to call him, pay him, and he handles the rest. if you have a speeding ticket you need taken care of, i highly recommend brandan davies!

Brandan is the man

Brandan is THE man. I had a speeding ticket going 83 in a 65. I emailed Brandan and, although his site said up to 48 hours for a response, I got a call back in under 2 hours! Brandan got some quick details from me and said "Oh yea, I can handle that, no problem!" So, after shopping around for about a...nother week I found that Brandan's rates were HIGHLY competitive so I decided to go with him. I called him two weeks before my court date and he took care of it THAT AFTERNOON! I received an email correspondance afterwords with my amended ticket attached. The speeding ticket had become a parking violation and my insurance is none the wiser. I didn't even have to take time off of work! I highly recommend Brandan.
