Paul Cramm Criminal Defense Attorney is the BEST in Kansas City

I was in desperate need of a defense attorney for my 22 yr. old son who was falsely accused. I've never been through anything like this before and needed to hire someone who knows the law and has a passion to serve his clients. I was really at a loss of who to hire to fight for us because every la...w firm is "the best". So I just began reading testimonials. Paul Cramm didn't have quantity (at the time of this post) but he definitely had quality testimonies. His clients testimonials spoke loud and clear so we chose Paul Cramm to fight for for us. I was impressed at how much time he invested and devoted to us. He was always there with fast response through multiple channels (email, text, phone calls) but most of all, he did all the work load himself. We never spoke with anyone else, ONLY Paul. When he says, "I'll represent you", he's there from start to even after it's all over. During court, he argued with the prosecutor about the interpretation of the law. Had Paul Cramm not been in our corner to uphold the meaning, interpretation, and purpose for the law, my son would have had his life ruined for the unforeseeable future. This is something we could not have done on our own. My son is now hired again and working a new job thanks to Paul. So happy with the outcome of the trial and extremely relieved. Treated me like a life long friend

Paul held my hand tightly as if he were my own brother as the judge read the first not guilty verdict from the jury. Paul's tears actually arrived before my own as the judge read the next 5 not guilty verdicts. We respectfully, quietly and tearfully celebrated that the prayers for truth and justice w...ere answered. Paul and Julie were this sincere and this invested from the day we met them. They provided constant communication, always responding to questions (and there were many) the same day. They went beyond simply performing their required tasks well, and relationally invested in me, my family and my friends in a way that brought great comfort every time we communicated. People whom I had considered friends had become my accusers, and their treatment during this circumstance was important to me. One of the reasons I chose Paul for this case was his very high level of respect for people and his amazing ability to remain honoring as he patiently dissected and revealed the details of this case. While I am confident Paul could have presented my defense and ended this case with a not guilty verdict much sooner than we did, Paul instead listened to my desire to use the trial as an opportunity for everyone to fully understand the real issues and causes of the false accusations against me. Paul included expert witnesses to provide some of the details of how these false claims came about. The county used a team of 3 including the deputy district attorney to research and present their case. Their combined 50 years of practicing law coupled with nearly 9 months of preparing could not overcome Paul's ability to calmly, patiently almost surgically reveal the truth. In fact that may be one of the main keys to Paul's success - TRUTH. If you ever end up in a circumstance that requires this kind of help you can absolutely trust that Paul will see your true worth and invest every skill he has in reminding you and the world of the importance of justice.

The BEST Attorney for the job!

We hired Paul after our son was wrongfully accused of rape. When the devastating charges were brought against our son the search for the right attorney began. I started out by contacting many prominent attorneys in the area. Due to the sensitive nature of the case, many of the attorneys declined or e...xpressed that they would not have the time to invest to take on such a serious charge. I called Paul and gave him a brief overview of what little I knew about the case. Paul then requested to meet with my son and I. Prior to reviewing any documentation regarding the case he expressed that he just wanted to talk to my son, to get to know him and to listen to his side of the story. After a couple of hours of conversation Paul told my son that he believed he was innocent and was very open and honest about the incredible challenge ahead of us. He explained to us exactly what we would be facing by taking this case to trial should the verdict not come back in our favor. Paul accepted our case and over the next 9 months we were in constant contact. He put in the time to understand and sort through the facts and evidence of the case. He kept us informed throughout the process, never declining our requests for calls or in person meetings as we went along. He sought out experts in various fields that he thought were necessary to strengthen our defense. From jury selection to his closing arguments Paul left no stone unturned. Paul presented the evidence one fact at a time. He strategically and thoroughly questioned each and every witness in a way that made the truth undoubtedly clear. The jury deliberated for just over 2 hrs. and came back “unanimously” 12-0 NOT guilty. There is no doubt in my mind that Paul Cramm was and is the “BEST” man for the job. Paul Cramm was the right guy!

At first, I spoke with two lawyers on the phone and then I called Paul Cramm. Paul was very respectful and helpful with understanding the entirety of the situation up front; that way everything was clear to me. He did excellent work in preparing for our meeting the next day after the phone conversati...on. He really made me feel like he was on my side and that I didn't need to worry about all of details. I was facing a pretty severe penalty and I felt extremely confident in Paul, so I hired him. Paul stayed on top of my case and promptly informed me of any changes/updates. I had an original estimated sentenced time of 46-51 months in prison, if found guilty. The law was pretty clear about my felonious acts (2 charges - possession and intent to sell) but with Paul's diligent work I walked away with 6 months of unsupervised probation; if I violated my probation I would've only faced 6 months in jail. That was a massive improvement on the original charges. I owe a big thank you to Paul Cramm!!!

Great Lawyer

He's a rare type and among the best due to his dedication to his job. In my court case, he never gave anything less than what it took to get the optimal result. He always responded to my questions as quickly as possible and filled me in on all factual information of the case. He is also very good bec...ause he always puts himself in the shoes of his opponent and anticipates the response of his arguments before using them. He respects his opponent but never doubts himself, which is as much as you can ask for. He's great and he won't let you down.
