I hired the right one!

I couldn’t find the direction until I hired Eric. Actually, Eric was the third attorney I hired. He sorted and straightened out problems messed up by the two attorneys before Eric was hired. You would have to believe that how big differences if you hired the right attorney. He is smart and sharp, and... most important, he is very nice and responsible. You won’t worry that you can’t get hold of him when you have questions, and sooner or later, you will get his professional answers, and be charged with very reasonable price. He even worked on my case in weekends, holidays when it was needed. If there are “hearts” in lawyers’ field, Eric counts as one. I will highly recommend him!

Two year divorce

The first time that I spoke with Eric was a Saturday afternoon he called from his personal cell phone after a mutual friend contacted him because they were scared for my safety. While there were times that Mr. Morrison had to tell me things I did not want to hear they were definitely things that I... needed to hear. Normal process for divorce takes about 90 to 100 days, mine took almost 600 days and Eric fought with me every step of the way. I very much appreciate his efforts and his ability to keep his eye on the larger picture it very much workout to my advantage. Deadlines and changes to the law that could affect your case are very important and he did an excellent job in making sure I always had the best position possible.

Compassionate and Driven Client Advocate

Entering into a custody case is daunting and nerve-wracking, but it is easy to tell from you first consultation that Eric really cares about people and their cases. He is compassionate and kind, making sure that you understand and are comfortable with every step of the process. He is personable and r...eassuring which helps put your mind at ease, through a process that is less the fun. He is diligent and hard working, knowing when to be aggressive and when to let things play out. He has always been very good about making sure to give me his honest opinion about what different scenarios look like and what he thinks is the best next step. My case has also been very drawn out and rather frustrating and Eric has never wavered in his enthusiasm to make sure the best possible outcome is attained. Most importantly, Eric makes sure you know that your case is important to him, he makes sure you know he cares and in a situation such as child custody that is vital. I can't thank Eric enough for all the work and care he has put into my case, I can very honestly say I feel quite lucky to have Eric as my lawyer.

Our journey was a long and vigorous one, but Eric stuck by me. After a 2 state battle, going through 4 different lawyers, there was something different about Eric… he cared. Eric was diligent, aggressive, up front, and passionate about helping me secure time with my son. In a state that shines heavil...y on “mom’s side”, Eric made sure my voice was heard. I would most likely be still searching aimlessly for a solution had it not been for Eric. He is a top notch lawyer and good man.
