Will and Trust

Kyle is an outstanding professional! He handled the establishment of our revised trusts and wills in a very effective and efficient manner. He was able to explain the details of our new trusts in a manner that both of understood it. H had all items prepared and ready when he said that he would. Kyle Krull review

I highly recommend Kyle for your estate planning needs. He is very easy to work with and he is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and funny to boot. I initially wrote my trust in 1990. In 2009 Kyle amended and restated it. In April 2012, he amended it for me again. He patiently took the time n...ecessary to answer my myriad of questions. He shares real life experiences (without names) to make his answers easier to understand. His examples helped me better relate to how a potential situation in my life might parallel someone else's experience. Kyle was willing to meet with me after work which was a huge help to me. He stuck with me until I had a comfort level that my estate planning documents were aligned with my wishes and everything was in order. He also provided tools to keep my documents, assets and important information organized and accessible to my heirs. In addition, he was great at responding to my questions via email. Make an appt, you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommended for a Will and Last Testament

My grandparents and parents have used Kyle for their estate and trust planning and highly recommended his services. Kyle walked me through the process of putting a will together for my 2 month old daughter. The will covered everything to protect her in the future. He is extremely professional and ...personable but my favorite part is that he is an honest Christian man.

Wonderful

Deciding what will happen to all our assets and most importantly, our children, upon our demise, Kyle was candid, informative, and consoling. No one ever wants to think about the "what if's," But when it comes time, Kyle is professional and most importantly, willing to guide you through an emotiona...l experience while providing you with answers to very difficult questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this family oriented law office to anyone!

Extremely Satisfied

After a frustrating and negative experience with a large law firm in other matters, we contacted Kyle for estate planning. It turned out to be a night and day experience! Kyle was very patient with us as we asked questions. He gave detailed answers in various forms until our understanding was clea...r. He guided us to make appropriate decisions based on his thorough explanations and our specific needs. We feel he performed us a great service in a timely manner. At present, we feel secure in our estate planning, and we are confident in Kyle's approach to life's changes and the review process that will be necessary in the future. We found Kyle very pleasant to work with, were at ease with him and comfortable in this undertaking. We will (and have) highly recommend him to others.
