Highly recommended

We found Kyle by chance and were very happy with his services. The entire process of our estate planning took just 7 days. My husband and I both walked away feeling informed and confidant that he was the right agent for our needs. He explained things very clearly and made the entire process go ext...remely smooth. Updating the Outdated Trust

After my father's death, I helped my 87 year old mother review the trust documents the two of them had created in 1989. Like so many others, they never "maintained" or updated the trust to keep up with changes in the laws or changes in the family. After interviewing other attorneys, I arranged a me...eting with Kyle where we reviewed the entire process of bringing Mom and Dad's trust up to date. He provided a very thorough Confidential Client Questionnaires and then, a personal consultation with Mom and me. Within two to three weeks, Kyle delivered to Mom, a completely updated Living Trust, Health Care Directive, General Durable Power of Attorney and several other associated and necessary documents. Kyle's knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness was exactly what Mom needed. I remain very comfortable knowing Mom's Trust and her other estate planning documents are up to date and complete in every respect. Whether for yourself or for aging parents or loved ones, it is critically important to keep matters such as this current and up to date. Kyle Krull exceeded my expectations in his competence and his professionalism and both my mother and I are very comfortable knowing her Estate plans are in such knowledgeable hands.

Thorough Estate Planning

I was a financial planner for many years and sent clients to Kyle Krull. My wife and I are now retired, needed to update our estate planning and worked through it all with Kyle. He's great to work with, extremely thorough, listens well and asks all the right questions. Kyle provided us with eve...rything we needed...including peace of mind. We are looking forward to staying in touch with Kyle and on top of things through his newsletters, blog etc.

Has the heart of a teacher
