Fully Protect, Minimize Consequences and Plan Your Estate

Due to an unexpected and sudden personal tragedy, I wanted to have an estate plan. I started my research by checking my local geographic area, where latest numbers indicate there are nearly 750 estate planning attorneys in Kansas and more than 1,300 in Missouri. I narrowed my search to a shortlist an...d based on education, experience, skills, additional services not provided by other estate planning attorney offices, marketing messaging/transparency and digital footprint - including online reviews - I contacted Kyle E. Krull at Harvest Law KC. As an experienced professional, I expected Kyle to be accurate, knowledgeable, have great attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through. The intangibles such as his approach, communication style, kindness and empathy, especially during an unbearable time, cannot underscore enough the importance in fully researching your estate planning attorney so that you make a good match. In my case, a perfect match. Do your research, interview and vet estate planning attorney candidates, and ask questions so that you can make an informed decision that hopefully leads to a good fit. Having done my research, and if you want to fully protect, minimize negative consequences and plan your estate, I would recommend Kyle E. Krull to the people most important to me. Thank you, Kyle (and Gretchen) for taking care of me and my estate.

Family Trust

From our initial meeting with Kyle in 1999, we felt we had found the right lawyer for our needs. Exactly what we were looking for

My husband and I had been putting off estate planning for years. I asked a number of friends who they used, and their answers were always: 'they've retired, they died, or we didn't like them'. I decided to do some research and found Kyle. After our initial consultation I knew Kyle was going to be... a great fit for us. Kyle guided us through the entire process. When we hadn't made decisions yet or had differing opinions, Kyle helped us get to a place that me both of our needs and wants. I didn't realize how at risk we were until we completed this process. Best in the Biz

Kyle truly has the heart of a teacher. Which if we are being honest this can be a very rare trait of an attorney. He is able to simplify a very "complicated and overwhelming process". The process was extremely smooth and he was so patient with all of our questions and also provided recommendations ...based on his YEARS of expertise!
