Satisfied Client

Beginning some fourteen years ago Kyle assised my wife and I with our trust as well as health directives. We returned to Kyle later to make some changes in our original trust due to a diviorce in the family of our son. When a member of our family passed, my brother and I met with Kyle to be certa...in all was in order, and last he did a will and power of attorney for my wifes father. We are so comfortable with Kyle after working with several other lawyers, that I want to encourage anyone looking for an attorney to contact him as he will prove he has your best interest at heart and not just another "billing minute/hour".

Estate planning at its best

Kyle was very thorough in answering our questions and offering advice. We were very comfortable with him. He is very knowledgable in estate planning matters and state and federal law as it pertains to estate planning. He went through each component of our trust agreement and explained each part and s...tated examples or cases to illustrate the issues. He stressed key issues. We also like the fact that he publishes a flyer and reminders, etc. on issues which may affect us . The format of our agreement is very easy to follow which will be also helpful for our family members. Overall, we are very pleased with the work he has performed for us and would highly recommend him ( he was recommended to us by a good friend).

Kyle is a true expert in his field. Very deep knowledge of the will/trust/estate space. He does an excellent job of educating his clients, and breaking down highly complex and technical subject matter into easy to understand terminology. Trustworthy and helpful

Wow! My husband and I, just ordinary parents of several children, actually have a plan in place in the event something should happen to us! This is so comforting to know. I would have assumed that only the upper class could afford to make these types of legal documents; but Kyle made it affordable... and pleasant to do. As our circumstances have changed, he has enabled us to keep the plans current. Even though we are not local to him, the service we received was convenient and efficient. Kyle is personable and explains legal concepts well. We are so thankful for his service!

Outstanding Trust Lawyer

Kyle has been responsible for the Trust and other services for our family for 18 years. We appreciate his knowledge and comprehensive explanation of legalese. We feel that we have "all our bases covered" with Kyle's firm.
