Amazing experience and expert advice

Kyle did an amazing job of helping us create an estate plan that perfectly fit our family's needs. His expert guidance and counsel was invaluable as we journeyed through every aspect of planning for our children's future, our family as a whole, our business interests, and our charitable desires. He p...rovided us peace of mind, sound counsel, and a solid plan for the future. We know we have a trusted advisor in Kyle and his expert team that is available to us as life happens and plans change. I can't recommend Kyle highly enough. He is simply the best at what we does - and the only choice for those looking to protect those they love and steward well what they have.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly Estate Planning

Kyle first prepared an estate plan for us about ten years ago. We have gone back to him on two occasions to update the plan as needed. Kyle has been great to work with on each occasion. He is clearly knowledgeable on this subject and stays current on any changes or potential changes to the laws pe...rtaining to estate planning. He is excellent at explaining, in a way that is easy for us to understand, how the estate laws work and how they could affect us. He listens well and thus picks up quickly on what are estate planning needs are. He has an excellent process for gathering information from us and creating/changing the plan in a way that is efficient, comprehensive and effective. His enthusiasm for helping us with our estate plans is assuring and inspiring. While professional and serious about what he does he is also friendly and enjoyable to work with.

Professional, Proactive, and Comprehensive Estate Planning

I have appreciated Kyle's thorough coverage of issues pertaining to my estate since I first met him to set up my will. I like that he explains things to me as a lay person in terms I can understand. Also, he follows up to make sure my assets are safe when I have changes. He recently contacted me t...o check how my beneficiaries were listed; to my surprise, I found out that that were not documented on my IRA monies with an investment firm. Therefore, his follow up may have saved my estate from having to have these funds go through probate. I would highly recommend Kyle to other clients needing estate planning services.

Trust Preparation and Amendments

Kyle did a great job in setting up our family trust. He asked detailed questions so that he could understand our situation and needs and make a recommendation and design a trust that made sense for our family. Kyle was patient and took time to explain the process and the design of the trust. After... changes in our family, Kyle also prepared amendments (10 Years later) and changes to our trust. Again, Kyle took the time, kept us informed and was very responsive in follow-up questions that we had. I have had a relationship with Kyle for over 10 years and he has sent us reminders on at least an annual basis to keep our trust and estate information current. We have moved from the state of Kansas and Kyle will be sorely missed for his expertise, knowledge and trustworthiness.

Honest, Thorough, and Moral Estate Planning

I have know Kyle Krull professionally for a few years and it wasn't until recently that I sought out his expertise. As a husband, and father of three children I needed to update our will(s) and family trust. We have had an existing will and trust for 11 years but felt that it needed to be updated. ... After discussing my intentions with Kyle he strongly urged me to seek the counsel of my previous attorney. This in my opinion was a very Nobel position for Kyle to take, who in this competitive world would send business away? After much thought and deliberation I approached Kyle again and explained to him why I wanted the counsel of a new expert. We agreed on terms and expectations and shortly there after Kyle presented a new plan that was very detailed and ultimately give me and my family the security that we were seeking. Thanks Kyle, I appreciate your honesty, candor, professionalism and thoroughness in preparing our new Estate Plan. Brent
