Highly Recommend !!

We have gone to Kyle for the past 10 years for estate planning purposes. He was recommended to us by a friend, and thank goodness we followed that recommendation with absolutely no regrets. We met with him 10 years ago and have met with him twice since for follow up items. Trying to find th...e best estate attorney to handle your legal affairs, estate planning and money matters can be confusing and unsettling...you need an attorney you can trust 100%. That is Kyle. Through questions and conversation, he learned about us, our needs and wants and crafted the appropriate documents which covered all contingencies possible. His work product is by far the highest quality you could find....I'm an attorney myself who can attest to that. What we like about Kyle is not only is he extremely smart and an expert at what he does, he is friendly and down to earth. You can totally trust him and he will answer all your questions to make sure you understand. Estate planning has a lot of intracacies and complicated tax laws; Kyle keeps up on all current laws and knows best how to achieve the results and benefits for which we were looking. Kyle is easy to recommend; you'll enjoy meeting him and working with him.

Blended Family Peace Of Mind

My husband and I knew we needed to have an estate plan, but we couldn't get clarity on whether it should consist of a will or a revocable living trust. Then we met Kyle. His systematic approach to estate planning was exactly what we needed to help us determine how to best protect our family. We shar...e custody of our two children with their mother and wanted to ensure that the four of us were protected. We also wanted to leave an inheritance to my two nephews and a charity. Kyle made what had been a very confusing process very straight forward and concise. And his fees were reasonable. In addition, his fee structure is tiered so that you end up purchasing only what you really need. Kyle is family oriented and works to get to know you so that he can best understand what your needs are. We're glad that we found him. My husband always says, "Peace of mind...how much is it worth to you? " Kyle has certainly helped us achieve peace of mind.

Makes you feel comfortable

We have been using Kyle since 1995 for our estate planning needs. He is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He makes you feel very comfortable. He will email or call you back right away when you have a question. I wouldn't use anyone else.

An excellent, compassionate attorney

My Mother's final affairs were handled by Kyle Krull who was contacted by Kansas City Hospice. I believe that my Mother's final days and passing were more peaceful because of Kyle's work and the comfort it provided to my Mother who had postponed making arrangements due to fear and indecision. Kyle ...was extremely patient and thorough, explaining everything to my Mother and to family members so that we would all understand what was being done and why. Several years later, I recontacted Kyle concerning a family issue and once again found him to be extremely knowledgable, but even more importantly, compassionate, kind, and an individual who provided me with solid, well thought through advice. I do not live in Kansas City and my communications with Kyle have been through email; even then, his warmth and patience have been evident in the manner in which he has responded to me. I feel very fortunate to have had Kyle's professional services and feel that any other client would be equally fortunate to work with him. If another occasion arises in which I need services in his area of expertise, I would not even momentarily contemplate using anyone but Kyle. He has set a very high standard. I am grateful to have had an opportunity to recommend Kyle to others.
