Excellent !

Kyle was very thorough in his questions he asked us to get our estate plan started. Our initial meeting with him was almost two hours in which he answered every question we had no matter how minor. He is very friendly and funny. He was not uptight like most of the lawyers I have met. Very pleas...ed with the services he provided and would highly recommend him to anyone looking at putting an estate plan together.

Estate Planning and Review

My aunt had been working with Mr. Krull for several years. Her mental health declined rapidly and my sister and I were called to attend to her. Within two days we had an appointment scheduled. All will and trust paperwork was reviewed and updated. My sister and I were relieved to have such responsiv...e and caring legal matters resolved without experiencing distractions. I would highly recommend Mr. Krull.

Kyle handles my trust and will

Kyle set up the trust for my wife and I. We just met with Kyle to make sure everything is in order and to let him know about some changes in our assets. We walked out of his office feeling very relieved that things were in such great order. Kyle gave us great advise on how to handle some future issu...es. My comment back to Kyle was that his advise and knowledge and what he did for use was much more valuable the the fee he charged. We are fortunate to have Kyle as our attorney and will recommend him to our friends and family.

Estate planning help

We attended an estate planning seminar through our financial planner who highly recommended Kyle to us. Kyle patiently explained our options for our estate plans since we didn't know exactly what we wanted. He anticipated our every need and made many valuable suggestions based on his vast experience ...in estate planning. We would highly recommend Kyle to any one needing assistance with their estate planning.

Family Trust

Kyle has been my family trust attorney since 2004 when he developed my initial trust. The 2004 trust was updated in 2009 and again in 2013. The trust has evolved from a simple blended family document addressing two generations to addressing the priorities of three generations. These additional prio...rities include; minor aged grandchildren and a grandchild with selected disabilities. Kyle was very helpful in assisting me to articulate my concerns and goals. He was able to present to me various alternatives to reach these goals. We talked through the various options and it became clear which ones were best for me. The direction he provided resulted in a very satisfied customer with a trust document that provides the flexibility and direction I wanted. I met Kyle in the 1990's when I attended a retirement planning seminar and he was a featured speaker. His presentation impressed me and when I needed the services of an attorney, he came to mind. I highly recommend him.
