Guardianship & Other Planning

My husband and I had our first child this year, and I must say, it is such a RELIEF to have checked this off the to-do list for the next long while. Working with Kyle on these details has provided such piece of mind. In the unfortunate event of tragedy, I know that my son will be taken care of both p...hysically, and financially. Kyle is fun to work with, and his home office is comfortable, yet professional. The whole process was great. I really appreciated the online questionnaire at the start of the process, which saved us time and kept our appointments down to a reasonable amount.

Trustworthy Lawyer who has a mind for details.

We used Kyle to help us with our initial estate plan in 1998. He has consistently stayed in touch. We appreciate his newsletters. Most importantly, we appreciate his knowledge. We feel we are in very good hands with Kyle.

Clients for 15 years highly recommend Kyle

It was more then 15 years ago when we first met with Kyle for estate planning. Because we were so pleased with our first experience, we reached out to him again recently to review and update our plan, trust, will, and power of attorney documents. We never felt pressed or rushed in the process, and w...ere always given plenty of time to thoughtfully review our options and the documents before finalizing. Kyle is knowledgeable and answered questions in terms that we and our young adult children could understand. We appreciate that Kyle is a faithful family man who works with integrity. We won't hesitate to call on him again when it's time for another update. We highly recommend Kyle.
