Updating our living trust

We employed Mr. Krull to review and update our 20-yr old living trusts because he listened to our concerns over perceived inadequacies with our original trust documents and to the changes in our lives and estate that had generated a need for changes in our trust documents, rather than simply attempti...ng to force us into accepting a prefabricated "boilerplate" estate plan as had other estate attorneys that we interviewed. Although not inexpensive, his review and revision was thorough and complete. He explained everything and patiently answered our questions and suggested new, important issues that had escaped our consideration including important tax-saving opportunities. His follow-up, after the estate planning process was completed, was also appreciated. Overall, his services are an excellent investment and we would recommend him to anyone who needs help with estate planning.

Estate Planning

We needed to update our wills and other estate documents and completely review our entire estate plan. Kyle Krull was referred to us by a close family friend of many years. We contacted Kyle to start the process and he promptly sent a detailed questionnaire to help assess our situation and set ou...r objectives. Next, we met with him to review our inputs and develop our will-based estate plan. Within a few days he completed all documents appropriate for our situation, then he reviewed each of the documents and the overall estate plan with us. The entire process was speedily and accurately accomplished to our complete satisfaction. We now have an extensive Estate Planning Portfolio which addresses all aspects of our desires for the disposition of our earthly possessions. Kyle's advice and counsel throughout the process was of tremendous assistance. We believe we have gained a friend as well as a highly trusted legal advisor through this process of estate planning. We highly recommend Kyle E. Krull to anyone needing a highly competent and trustworthy estate planning attorney.

Estate Planning

I had to update and revise my estate plan and needed to search for a trustworthy attorney about a year ago. I came across Kyle on a website and after meeting him in person I trusted that Kyle would be the right attorney for me to hire. Kyle was genuine and patient. He answered all the questions I ha...d and made the entire process easy and painless. Kyle was very helpful and provide his advice to ensure that the plans cover my needs. A year after that I had some questions about a legal form and needed further assistance so I reached out to Kyle. Kyle provided a prompt response and helped me immediately. I highly recommend Kyle if you need a trustworthy and professional attorney for estate planning.

Estate Law

Mr. Krull was very efficient in putting together our will and guardianship papers for us. He took the time to explain all aspects of our will. He also assisted us in updating our guardianship paperwork after the birth of our second child. I felt that he was very knowledgeable in estate law. We would ...definitely recommend him.
