Incredibly Helpful and Informative! Estate Planning Made Easy!

My experience with Kyle was incredible. He had everything completely prepared for me when I arrived (including notaries) and sat down to not only get my signatures but completely describe and explain every aspect of every document. He explained all of my options and helped guide me through the length...y (and sometimes terrifying) process of Estate Planning. Being a college student, I was at first unaware of the importance associated with planning out my estate. (I didn't think I really needed to will my Xbox to anyone in particular) Kyle worked with me to set my affairs in order and prepare me for circumstance I did not even realize I had to prepare for. Without Kyle's insightful work, in the event of tragedy, my family would have limited options to help me. By working with Kyle, I was able to establish intent for myself in the event of an emergency or even death. There are many things 18 year old people have to establish legally in order to protect themselves, and unfortunately I was never made aware of these important precautions. It is astounding such important legal ramifications are not made knowledge to high school kids! I hope that every young individual who reads this takes the initiative to set their affairs and make the choice to protect themselves and their families. Even more, I recommend you go directly to Kyle E. Krull and have him explain everything to you as well as he has for me. Without his precise explanations and incredible patience, I would still have no idea what dangers lurk when these affairs are not set legally. Thanks to his help and continued assistance I am confident in the procedures we have set in place. I am also able to have complete control over my personal records and now my parents can actually speak with doctors on my behalf and can now speak to my University about financial information. I am so thankful I spent a brief afternoon with Kyle setting all of my affairs and even got the chance to try one of his personally packaged cigars! I highly recommend Kyle E. Krull (who I now refer to as "Uncle Kyle") as both an excellent lawyer and an indispensable cigar buddy and aficionado. Please put your estate planning in his capable hands.

Feedback

We were most pleased with our review and update. Not totally understanding all legal matters of this nature it becomes most complicated for us as clients but Kyle was most helpful and understanding when we sounded or acted confused. Following the update and submitting new paperworks to make require...d changes to our estate planning required many questions on our part, and Kyle was a trooper! We are pleased and would recommend him to friends, family and others.

Trustworthy, Great to Work With

Took the time to educate and inform me, listen to my estate planning goals, offer advice, and tailor my estate plan to my situation. Professional yet personable. Genuinely cares about his clients' goals and interests. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend.

Great Legal Advice

Kyle was extremely helpful in advising me on changes to my trust. He not only helped me legally but also steering my decisions with family relationships in mind. I'm greatly pleased with Kyle's services. It is a relief to have someone who you can trust with these important decisions.

A Keeper

We utilized Kyle's services for comprehensive estate planning. This included several documents (wills, advance directives, trusts, etc). Can't say enough good things about Kyle. He is professional, knowledgeable, and competent. Obviously a "pro" at the top of his game. He spent over an hour to ex...plain all of our estate planning options in detail. We never once felt rushed. He answered all questions, including many we had not thought of. He was extremely responsive and accommodating to changes. The entire experience was friendly and hospitable to boot. It's rare to run across a professional that is exceptional in so many ways. We couldn't imagine having anyone else but Kyle for our estate planning needs.
