Review of Living Trusts

Mr. Krull conducted our second five year review of our Living Trust, and made amendments to achieve what we wanted to shore up the future of the trusts. Not only did he complete the amendments, but updated our Durable Power of Attorney and Advanced Health Care Directive. Mr. Krull has always been t...here to consult and make corrective action for not only our needs, but the changing laws that apply to our needs. Our trust were completed in 1997, and very little if any changes were required other than what has been mentioned. We highly recommend Mr Krull's service and advice.

My wife and I were introduced to Kyle thru a mutual friend. *Upon meeting him, we were very much impressed with his clear headed, honest and knowledge of the law. We were in a difficult personal situation and needed someone to guide us thru the various processes. We required a full rework of all o...f our living and regular wills, evaluation of a trust as well as estate planning as our circumstances had changed dramatically. One by one we worked thru each with his guidance. At the end, we were extremely comfortable with our decisions and the advise he had given us. All aspects were looked at with a critical eye to our specific needs. Yes, we would highly recommend Kyle.

Exceptional Service!

I began working with Kyle in 2004 when he helped me (a single mom), set up a living trust to protect, and provide for, my two young daughters. He walked me through all of the considerations involved, and assisted me in establishing a plan for my children’s futures should something happen to me. My ...kids are young adults now, but I remarried last year. My husband and I wanted to get our financial lives in order since things had changed so dramatically. We met with Kyle and he again walked us through the considerations to be made when establishing a plan for surviving spouses and children we each brought to the marriage, educating us on the different options and outcomes. We mostly wanted to protect our assets and ensure that our respective children continued to benefit from the trust, regardless of surviving spouse remarriage, their future marriages, legal issues, etc. We feel relieved and secure in knowing that we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that our assets will be distributed and shared with our families exactly as we want, and can’t be changed in the future by anyone. We are so grateful to Kyle and his wonderful wife Gretchen for their expertise, advice, and education in this complex field. We heartily recommend them to anyone who would like to feel prepared for the future!

Peace of mind

Kyle explained the Entire process and what a will and trust is all about and why we do them . It's not something Everyone has but should . I know in the event that something happens to me and my wife that my kids are taken care of , my money is safe .

Kyle Krull is excellent and should be your estate attorney

Mr. Krull is extremely personable, ethical, intelligent and generous. I had an existing living trust established in another state and thought I needed an estate attorney in Kansas. Despite his realizing the trust already existed, he was completely conversant with the materials I sent and generously... met with me in an extended interview, without any charge. He could not have been more professional or kinder or more generous with his time and advice. He told me I did not need a new attorney or document. If you have not yet selected an estate attorney, you should do yourself a favor and meet Mr. Krull. You cannot do better. He is a remarkable person and clearly a superior professional.
