Kyle helped us with our original will and estate plan. A few years have passed and the age of our family has changed so we thought it would be good to update the plan. Estate Planning and Wills

Kyle was recommended to us by not just one trusted friend; we ended up with two unsolicited recommendations about Kyle's services. My wife and I had been putting off updating our wills and related planning (financial/health power of attorney, etc.) for too long, so we set an appointment with Kyle an...d jumped in. Things had certainly become more complicated since the last time we had done this. Kyle's detailed knowledge of the law in this area had us feeling very comfortable right from the start. He was patient with all our questions, he listened intently to our concerns and how we wanted to take care of our family after we were gone and made us feel like our family was as important to him as his own. Kyle then pulled together our plan, and provided us with what my wife and I refer to as "Kyle's Book of Knowledge". It includes not only our important estate documents, but all the supplimental documents we could ever need to complete the communications needed to make sure all people involved in our estate know what our wishes are. We could not be more pleased with the time we spent with Kyle as well as the unbelievably, well done finished documents. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kyle!

Would Recommend to Anyone

Kyle is very thorough and personable. He is able to break down complex situations and explain them so they are easy to understand. He takes the time to not only set up your plans, but gives you the step by step action items to put them in place. He made the whole dreaded process of estate planning... simple and painless. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone needing estate planning help.

Knowledgeable, precise, and consistent

We wanted to make some changes to the estate plan Kyle put together for us three years ago. He was able to quickly make the adjustments and bring everything up to date. He also took the time to make sure we were aware of a few changes in the law since our last version was executed. The process was fa...st, easy, and hassle-free. We are just as pleased today as we were when we first hired him to do our initial planning. We highly recommend Kyle and his firm!

5 Star Legal Help

My wife and I turned to Kyle for help sorting through some issues involving her mom and protecting her assets as her health declined.
