Excellent Advice and Service

Mr Krull was recommended to me to handle my estate plan. I was impressed with his professionalism and competence. He was able to do exactly as I wanted with ease and in a timely manner. I highly recommend him to all.

Review of Trueman Family Living Trust

In our review I was shocked to see that the original trust wording and documents survived over 14 years without having to be totally re-written. I would recommend Kyle (and will) to my friends needing this kind of legal work. Thank You Kyle!

Deserving of his reputation as the best.

I assisted my 88-year old mother in engaging Kyle's services to review and amend the estate documents she and my late father created some years ago. Kyle is warm and engaging, yet completely professional. He helped my mother understand how best to amend her will, trusts and other estate documents in ...light of changes that have occurred since 1999, while clearly taking into account the personal issues and emotions involved with such an undertaking. Moreover, Kyle's attention to detail is stellar; for example, the finished product he provides contains directions for trustees and fiduciaries. This is something I have not seen other trust and estate lawyers offer, yet such information is crucial to those of us who are or will be fulfilling those obligations for our parents, in particular. As an attorney myself, I can attest that Kyle is remarkable in the level of legal service and professionalism he provides. He is uniquely qualified, both in knowledge and demeanor, to help people protect their assets and loved ones once they themselves are gone. Kyle was described to me once as "one of the best estate lawyers in Kansas City" and he fully matches that description.
