Outstanding Will & Trust

In 2001 our Company CPA referred us to Kyle Krull to write our will & trust to help us protect our sizeable estate. The trust and will have proven themselves to be thorough and rock solid. Kyle's office has maintained contact with us over the years to make sure our documents were kept up to date. In ...2014 Kyle provided exceptional counsel to us for bogus claims from outside the estate, that ultimately resulted in preservation of our assets. As family circumstances changed in 2015, Kyle and his office updated our will and trust in accordance with the most current laws and regulations to provide maximum legal protection for our family's assets. I cannot emphasize the importance of having a solid will and trust in place to protect your assets especially when the inevitable key family member passes away. We sleep well at night thanks to the outstanding work of Kyle Krull and his team. Kyle is One of the best Trust attorneys in Kansas City!

Excellent experience

We met with Kyle to update our estate plan - which was originally prepared by Kyle in 2011. Kyle is trustworthy and honest. We always felt like he had our best-interest in mind as he advised us. He encouraged us to see specifics from different viewpoints. We believe our estate is sound, and that ...we will not leave our family with any doubt of our intent.

Two thumbs up

We have been clients since 2011. We started with a simple plan and have moved into a more complex estate plan over time and as our children have grown. Kyle provides patient and compassionate counsel. His experience provides many examples and possibilities that cause you to think through multiple sce...narios. We enjoy our time with Kyle and feel confident we have excellent legal counsel. He keeps up to date with us at least annual and is available when needed.

Estate Plan Review

Kyle was recommended to us by our financial advisor and I saw a presentation Kyle gave on the topic. While we already had an estate plan, it had been a few years since we had a full review and update. Kyle was most helpful in walking us through his process, asking and answering questions, explaining ...options and making a recommendation on next steps given our specific situation. He referred us back to our original attorney for changes. I would definitely recommend Kyle to others looking for estate plan services.

Excellent, easy-to-understand teacher/guide

Kyle is an explainer extraordinaire. He easily and professionally walks you through the process of estate planning. His easy to understand manner guides you through a maze of law. His manner of speaking is easy and not condescending at all. His wife, Gretchen, who serves as his executive assistant, ...is friendly and welcoming. We originally tried "Legalzoom.com" to manage our estate planning. However, after visiting with Kyle, it was very apparent that there were many issues that we had not addressed properly through that process. As a blended family, Kyle guided us through designing our estate plan to ensure that both current and potential future changes could be managed with ease. Kyle reviewed our original attempt and explained where we had left large matters unaddressed. He walked us through the process and made sure that we understood what we needed to address and how to think about it. He explained how health directives work and what happens in catastrophic situations without an advanced health directive in place. As a member of a major last stage local hospice center's ethics review board, Kyle has seen and dealt with horror stories of loved ones who are, or have been, in terminal situations without an advance directive in place. The families' wishes are not necessarily the controlling factor. That knowledge alone was scary enough. Kyle's fee structure allowed us to determine what level of assistance we felt we desired. We did not feel pressured to pick any particular level, and Kyle made it clear that we could take his knowledge and again do the "work" ourselves. We chose that level that we felt was most apropos for our current situation. All in all, we would highly recommend Kyle to anyone seeking estate planning and guidance. Great experience.
