Great experience with Kyle in challenging time

Following the loss of our Dad we were looking for legal help for my Mom to update all of my parent's Will and Trust documents. Without any idea where to turn, we googled Estate attorneys and found Kyle Krull's website. At first, we were hesitant as it looked too flashy, but after digging into his s...tory we figured we'd reach out to see how they handled the inquiry. After an initial email interaction, we followed up with a phone call with his wife Gretchen and decided to schedule a meeting. Within the week, we met with Kyle in a very comfortable, un-salesy consultation and immediately hired him to assist my Mom through this process. We have now completed all the legal work and are 100% happy with his assistance. We would definitely recommend Kyle to our family and friends. Thanks so much!

All around professional. Obviously very experienced. Incredible attention to detail. First he learned what goals we were wanting to accomplish with estate planning. He then explained the overall plan of how these goals could be accomplished, how he would do it, and how each document fit.

Second Visit

We did our first will and estate plan with Kyle two years ago. The process was straightforward and simplistic. Kyle answered all of our questions and made sure that we were comfortable with all of the elements of our complicated blended family estate planning documents. At the end of the appointment,... Kyle told us that he would reach out to us in 2 years to make sure that everything was still current and up to date. True to his word, we received a letter from Kyle exactly 1 month shy of 2 years from the date of our first will. It was perfect timing. Change had happened in our life and we did need some updates. Kyle worked with us to seamlessly update our will to reflect our current circumstances. We were thankful to Kyle for having such a great follow-up system to prompt us. Kyle is our estate planner of choice because it’s clear to us that he cares enough to follow-up. We truly appreciate that.

A Sensible and Thorough Attorney

I moved here from another state and wanted to make sure my Trust, Will and Power of Attorney were compatible with Kansas law. I was recommended to Kyle E. Krull by a couple who had him put together an Estate Plan Portfolio for them and liked his detail and organization. I was expecting that he ...would feel it necessary to redo my whole trust but after he had reviewed everything I gave him, he recommended that I just redo the Durable Power of Attorney and Healthcare Directive. He also prepared a Warranty Deed for me to file. It was refreshing to sit with someone who was not only very knowledgeable but whom you felt was working with your interests at heart. Kyle E. Krull was excellent at explaining the ins and outs of my trust and advising me on what would benefit my family and me most. I would highly recommend Kyle E. Krull to anyone who needed advice on these matters or was planning to revise their estate plan. I have a feeling that Kyle could help you with any legal matter you had.
