Excellent Experience

My family moved to the KC area from out of state. With a very young child and another on the way, we knew we needed an estate plan. Prior to moving we had a consultation with a different attorney. We assumed a simple document would protect our children and our assets. We were wrong. Kyle’s thoroughne...ss was incredible compared to the our previous attorney. Kyle walked us through pros and cons of multiple options. We ultimately chose a plan that we are confident in. In addition to the level of detail and options, Kyle and Gretchen were incredibly patient. We had to reschedule many of our appointments at the last minute—they were always patient and understanding. We could not be happier with our decision to work with Kyle and Gretchen.

Rate him TEN stars...if I could!

My husband and I had gone to an attorney last year to do our will, estate, power of attorney and etc. She was very poor in her communication skills and very condescending with our questions. My intuition was saying, "something isn't right, Go to someone else." (I felt like, "Gee, we just saw an ...attorney...but I'm wanting another attorney to look at her work." I found Kyle's reviews on his website ant thought, "He sounds like the person we want." And we hit the bullseyes with him!!! We had to almost do the whole thing over and Kyle is exceptional at explaining difficult legal terns in layman' language. He spent ALOT of time with us and gave us a very fair price for the "rework" he did. And I felt so,confident...this was GOOD.! Plus is is a kind and empathetic man...with lots of sprinkles of humor that make you feel so comfortable! His wife, Gretchen, is so warm and also a delight. If you are wondering about an attorney...."Call Kyle!" (Seriously, I mean it!) He's a TEN...and....no I am not his Mother giving him raves!

helped with estate planning

We found Kyle through looking on line and contacted him first by email and then via appointment. Kyle was friendly, non intimidating and took the time to listen then explain multiple options. After reviewing information, we developed an estate plan that included the use of trusts, living wills, powe...r of attny, etc. My wife and i felt comfortable throughout the process and when we had follow up questions, Kyle was always there to answer and reassure us. The other thing i have liked about working with Kyle is that when I got busy and failed to execute, he kindly prompted me to get the necessary paperwork completed, signed, filed, etc. Always there to help and encourage. i am confident that when situations arise, Kyle will be ready to help us or my children navigate the future.

Excellent Service

Kyle, was able to update our trust and associated documents in an expeditious manner. He answered all the questions we had and was able to give us good advice on sections of the trust that we were unfamiliar with. Highly recommended!

Did a great job

I can be quite analytical with my questions and Kyle was quite patient in reviewing all my questions with me until I was comfortable with all the details of our estate planning documents.
