Excellent estate planning-EASE YOUR MIND-Do it!

After seeing a friend stuck in probate for well over a year tying up everything, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to know we've now prepared our family in all the ways needed for whatever comes our way. Kyle's professionalism and expertise was truly invaluable in walking us through what fit our ...particular needs. Living Trust updates

Facing some unexpected international travel, I contacted Mr. Krull to discuss whether and how our Trust needed to be updated to ensure our child was fully taken care of in the event of the worst. Mr. Krull provided very helpful guidance and explanations to my many questions and provided step-by-step... instruction documents for the areas I needed to update to ensure everything was in order. We have hired and consulted with Mr. Krull in the past and will continue to do so for all our Trust needs.

Power of Attorney and Update of Trust Documents

Kyle assisted me in getting a Durable Power of Attorney, Power of attorney for Health Care Decisions and making updates to my family's outdated Trust. Kyle and his staff were quick to respond either by phone or email! He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Living Trust

Kyle prepared a living trust for my self and wife, 16 years ago. In that time he has always stayed in touch with us, updating our trust as needed, and making sure there was nothing left undone, and keeping us informed about current issues.

Kyle prepared our estate plan and did an excellent job about two years ago. We needed two amendments since then and they were also handled very efficiently. We feel very comfortable knowing that our planning will give us the outcomes wer are looking for.
