Made my day

Kyle had previously drawn up a trust for us and my husband recently passed away. I called and got information to help me with figuring what all I needed to do. He sent me a packet of info and told me no hurry, but call back when I had gone thru it. When I called back, he answered the phone persona...lly - that means a lot - not many businesses do that anymore. I asked if I could or should make an appointment. He said let's talk through everything - now! What incredible service! He told me I was doing well and didn't need to come it at all. Made my day for sure!

Peace of Mind

Kyle educated us on estate planning and made the process easy and efficient. We were on a tight schedule to complete this project and Kyle accommodated our schedule effortlessly. Learning About and Setting Up a Living Trust

In the initial consult Kyle explained the options available for passing my estate on to those I choose. The explanations were in easily understandable language. The pros and cons of each choice were covered. A decision to establish a living trust was made. At every step Kyle had detailed explanatio...ns of the options available so that upon completion the trust will do just what I want done with the estate. The trust was completed in just a few days. I was pleasantly surprised at how detailed the trust notebook was. It covers in detail all the steps from starting, funding, updating and my final wishes. The overall experience was far more positive than I had expected.

Simply Amazing

Kyle leaves no stone unturned. You will end up with a plan for things you didn't even know you needed to plan! He is phenomenally knowledgeable, unfailingly responsive, and meticulously organized. Kyle also includes extras like a "last wishes" document, funeral services planning, a contact list of ...friends and family your designated person would contact upon your demise, and passwords and instructions for all of your online accounts. Also a step-by-step guide detailing what one needs to do when a loved one passes away. Our whole goal is to make everything easier for those we leave behind right? Kyle accomplishes that. He explains legal jargon in layman's terms (a big plus for me) and has a wonderful sense of humor too. The office is homey and welcoming and Gretchen keeps everything moving forward like a well-oiled machine. I couldn't recommend Kyle more highly!
