Incredible hire

My wife and I hired Kyle to help us sort through and memorialize our estate plan. Walking in we didn't know much about the process. That said, we did know that with 3 kids on the ground we were long overdue for sorting through these important details. Kyle takes a different approach to estate ...planning and really focuses on ensuring his clients fully understand the process, their decisions, and how to best protect their family and assets. He took the time to get to know about us, our unique situations, and delivered a personalized plan and experience that far exceeded our expectations. You should talk to Kyle if you are looking for someone to help with an estate plan, a trust or a living will. You won't be disappointed!

Estate Planning

Kyle and his wife Gretchen were incredibly easy to work with. We contacted Kyle after finding him on the internet and after reading all of the positive reviews decided to investigate further regarding our needs for estate planning. We found our initial consultation and sit down with Kyle to be very ...enlightening and full of detailed information, but explained in a way we could understand. He has the heart of a teacher and clearly loves to do his job! He gave us a very broad list of options and explained in detail what the risk/benefits of each type of estate planning tool. Overall, the process was very straight-forward, in about 3 weeks we had an entire estate plan including a living trust, pour-over will, DPOA's, healthcare directives, guardianship appointments for our minor children and much more. He provides all of the tools to fund the trust, guidance documents, storage information, electronic copies of everything as well. Overall, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kyle and his firm and we are extremely pleased with the end product!

Remember: the "secret sauce" to any (ultimately) successful estate plan is the proper "alignment" of your assets with your estate plan and the degree to which essential detailed information is left behind for those who must carry out your instructions. Kyle is an expert in his field. He will explain the process and risks as many times as you might need in order to understand your estate plan. Kyle assisted me in preparing my will and health and financial power of attorney statements.

Very happy with my experience

After searching through many lawyers online I settled on Mr. Krull' because he had such wonderful reviews and I am very glad I chose him to be our lawyer. I needed to update my power of Attorney and my living will. I feel he thoroughly reviewed the old documents that I had and advised me about the ne...w documents I wanted drawn up. I feel my estate plans are now precise and clear providing me with the security and peace of mind that i wanted.
