Trustworthy, knowledgeable and great service!

After our first meeting with Kyle, we realized that Kyle is a great educator of legal terms. The various options for trust/estate planning, probate etc were explained very thoroughly and patiently by using proper context and examples. After imparting the knowledge, he never rushed us to make a decisi...on. Once we selected an option, he made the entire process very easy to follow, by sending us our forms though email and promptly responding to questions and updates. For our second meeting, when we had to take our 4 year old daughter along, Kyle and Gretchen were very patient and welcoming. They helped in keeping our daughter entertained, without missing a beat in their professional work. Our documentation was comprehensive and meticulous and I felt that Kyle thought of every possible scenario during our will preparation. We highly recommend Kyle for will preparation and estate planning needs. We plan to keep using Kyle for any future updates.

HIGHLY Recommend

Our family took the opportunity to utilize Kyles complimentary consult service to discuss our estate planning goals - this consult was approx 40mins where we educated on the different types of estate options (probate, non probate, trusts etc). Being a resident only we had lots of questions towards th...e legalities of US law/proceedings. Kyle used his vast expertise and light hearted humor to educate us in a way that made absolute sense to the layman. We were truly blown away by his knowledge and were certain that Kyle was the best person to serve our family. We met with him twice following the above. The second time was a refresh appointment a year later (life and a new baby took priority!) and the third and final time was to read through all the documentation Kyle and his wonderful wife Gretchen had prepared. There was A LOT to go through, Kyle’s estate planning covers it all (about every scenario you would never have thought of!) he is very detailed oriented. We were encouraged to read all line items and not once did we feel rushed or otherwise. Kyles packages are very affordable taking into consideration his expertise and the amount of time/hours spent with him. The whole experience was enjoyable. We feel our estate planning has confidently surpassed our initial expectations and needs. We’ve already recommended Kyle to several people and highly recommend to whoever’s reading, too! It sure feels refreshing to finally have estate planning ticked off the “to do list!”. Thanks Kyle!

Teacher and Educator

My wife and I recently had our first child and needed to establish wills and an estate plan for our family. We did research and scheduled consultations with lawyers specializing in estate planning throughout the Kansas City region; and heard about Kyle through word-of-mouth. Kyle had the approach of ...a teacher/educator, going through the process at a comfortable pace, and was knowledgeable about every option available.
