Clear, helpful, and more than fair

Kyle Krull of Harvest Law KC was VERY helpful to us in a recent consultation about POA's and a will. He was a clear communicator in translating complex legal concepts to us. We were able to spend the time needed - we didn't feel rushed to wrap up our discussion. He was respectful, and provided practi...cal advice without puffing up an expensive fee (a rarity and for which we are very grateful). We would recommend him without hesitation.

Helpful and smooth process

I recommend Kyle for estate planning. Between his explanations, his patience in answering our questions, and his videos, it makes the process very smooth and easy.

Incredible estate planning attorney!

We used Kyle Krull to set up a trust for our family and hands down, he is the most incredible attorney we have worked with! He was kind, patient, thoughtful and understanding. He also made the process enjoyable for us! We so look forward to working with him again in future.

Easy to work with and knowledgeable

Kyle first wrote my will and my mom's will in 1997, and soon after, he wrote our trusts. The process was "easy-peasy" and Kyle answered all of our questions in understandable terms. He kept in touch over the years to remind me to make sure nothing had changed. Now, in 2026, I needed to change some of... my trust's language, and Kyle easily brought everything up-to-date for me. Throughout the past 29 years, I have been confident that my documents were clear, accurate and reflected my wishes throughout. I rely on Kyle and Gretchen as trusted advisors and would wholeheartedly recommend their firm to anyone who is looking for estate planning services. You can be confident in their expertise!

Excellent Estate Planning with Kyle Krull

Though I’ve had a will for many, many years, I’ve never had a complete estate plan. I had no idea what an estate plan entailed. So, I made an appointment with Kyle Krull for a consultation. Kyle started the consultation be asking me about my background, family, and estate plan goal. I didn’t ha...ve a clear idea of my goals or what they should be. He continued to ask questions so he would of good understanding of my particular needs. As he asked the questions, he also gave detailed explanations for the questions so that I would also understand my needs. Once I understood my needs Kyle laid out the options that meet my particular circumstances. Kyle is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and personable. He excels at determining what a person needs in their estate plan. I highly recommend him.
