We never dreamed we would need an Advanced Directive or Medical Power of Attorney

We never thought we would need an Advanced Directive or a Medical Power of Attorney. Thankfully we met with Kyle and had these documents along with our wills drawn up. Still, never dreaming we would need them. And then Covid hit. My fiance and I both caught it. Dave was a healthy male in his 40's wit...h no medical conditions, on no medications, active, and in none of the "risk groups" for Covid. At about day 8 his condition declined quickly and he ended up in the hospital. Two days later he was on a ventilator. THANKFULLY I had the documents Kyle drew up for us. We weren't legally married yet (delayed due to covid). I took copies of the documents to the hospital and was able to make all of his medical decisions with no issues. One thing that had crossed my mind was what if he had elected to not have any form of life support? When you think about life support you think "I don't want to be a vegetable". He was on a ventilator and a feeding tube, that is life support. Luckily with Kyle's guidance we had chosen to leave all of those decision to each other and elected to not refuse any life saving treatments including "life support". In the end we were blessed with a miracle and he's home and recovering. We remain so thankful for Kyle. Please call him. Please take the time. You just never know.

Trust/estate Plan

After attending several "Trust" seminars and an extensive internet search, we selected Kyle Krull for our estate plan attorney. Kyle was able to bring the "Lawyer" language to an understandable legible consumer level while providing several options and allowing us to choose what best fit our situati...on. He then went above and beyond with details and recommendations as to how to navigate the documents and requirements needed per our decision. The complete process was easily completed even as we had to contend with the ongoing COVID-19 interruption with the social distancing requirements. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone for this opportunity. He remains up to date on all laws and changes as they impact what is and is not possible. His web site and blog are excellent tools to keep his constituents up to date and on track. Kyle doesn't use a "canned-one size fits all" program by filling in the blanks, as he adjusts and acclimates the process/documents to fit your specific requirements.

Excellent Attorney - I have peace of mind now!

Attorney Kyle Krull prepared my Living Trust, Will, and Health Care Power of Attorney documents. Like many people, I had been thinking about doing this for many years, but I kept putting it off. Prompt and professional

I contacted Attorney Krull because my mother wanted to update her outdated Estate Plan. After conducting a comprehensive yet simple online review of her existing plan, Kyle met with us to explain the various options and to precisely understand Mom's needs and wishes. A week later, Mom had her Plan co...mpletely redone, to our total satisfaction and at a very reasonable cost. Kyle specializes in this sort of work and it's clear that he knows his business.
