Estate Planning Update

Kyle Krull did a Living Trust for me back in 2000 after my husband died unexpectedly. After 21 years, I was in need of an update to that Trust. Kyle was there and quickly got my paperwork up to date. I asked a lot of questions and changed my mind about different things MANY times. He always answered ...my questions thoroughly and more importantly with compassion. Excellent & timely service

We reached out to Kyle at the beginning of March 2020 to handle our estate planning needs. He was incredibly friendly, professional, timely and efficient in drafting all of the documents we'd requested and by the end of the month we had a completed Estate Plan that included a will, durable power of a...ttorney, advanced health care directive, along with a few other documents we'd asked him to draft. Estate planning can be a sensitive topic for some and Kyle approached it in a kind and professional manner. He was able to explain our options in a clear and concise manner which allowed us to not only understand what we were signing, but feel confident in our decisions. I would not hesitate to recommend Kyle to our friends, family and colleagues.

Highly recommended

Kyle helped my husband and me establish our Living Trust many years ago. While everything was not seamless when my husband passed, it was due to my husband misinterpreting an instruction and not due to anything Kyle set up. Kyle worked tirelessly to help me get through the situation. More recentl...y Kyle has helped me with my Mother's estate, even though he did not write the trust. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle for help setting up or updating your Living Trust. (And I have personally recommended him MANY times.)

Estate Plan Review

Moving to Kansas from out of state required a thorough review of our established estate plan. Fearing a complete rewrite of what we had, we were pleased to learn that very little needed to be changed to adapt to Kansas law. Kyle was very thorough in his review of our documents and even offered other ...suggestions that would enhance our protection. His price was in line with other attorneys we have consulted. I would definitely recommend Kyle for your wills or full estate planning needs.
