Creating a Family Trust

We chose this business on the strength of the reviews we read. It is now our turn to recommend the Krull Law Office, which we do with enthusiasm. We needed to establish a Family Trust for our pensions and properties. Kyle is a very safe and professional pair of hands. He gathers the requisite fin...ancial and familial information from you, and then advises you how best to create a Trust for your needs. He communicates with ease, clarity, and not a little humor. When it comes to signing the Trust documents, he guides you though them one by one. He also indicates how you can gather the additional information to ease the path of your executors. All told, we highly recommend the Krull team. We are now in possession of a binder of legal documents which expresses our every wish for our modest estate.

Very knowledgeable lawyer - quick, and easy process

We worked with Kyle to arrange our estate planning documents. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He streamlined our process by sending us informational videos where we could have many of our questions answered before signing a bunch of documents! We were very thankful fo...r his work (as well as Gretchen's) in order to get these documents arranged, signed and completed prior to us leaving the country. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend their services over and over again. Thanks for all you guys did for us!

Great choice for an estate attorney

I used Kyle to provide an up to date will and associated estate planning documents. The process he uses is very well organized. After I completed a series of online questions we sat down for an hour to map out the strategy for the will. He sent me a draft of the documents a couple weeks later for my ...review and comments. Lastly there was a session to sign the finalized documents. I left his office with a well organized binder which included the entire will and estate plan documents. I was fairly certain of my estate planning needs before hiring him but it was great to discuss them and be confident that my plan had no hidden issues. That said I am sure he would be a great choice for those that need help getting started with an initial estate plan.

Professional law practice that exceeded our expectation for review of our Trust

Kyle successfully updated and did a thorough restatement of our Trust with a new amendment and change of executor. His advice to change the beneficiary on our IRA's to go to a not for profit will save a significant amount of taxes for our other beneficiary.
