My son and I lost his boys August 2016 when their mother took them out of school we had them enrolled in . Everyone was saying because they were not married my son had no rights to boys . Well a little bit of that is true he did not till he took her to court. She stopped my son and I from seeing them talking to them at all .our lives were crushed not only my son and I but the boys .
We hired Austin October 2016 explained to him the situation with tears in our eyes and hearts breaking he took our case . By November the boys were back with us best thanksgiving ever .He not only got the boys back he got my son temporary custody . In this day and time young people do not get married and before you know it babies are born . Yes it's true mothers have custody when not married but it's also true that fathers have rights too.
We now have had the boys since December 2016 they are back in school happy and content . Austin took us thru it and we winded up with joint custody . There is no way as grandma I can say enough about him . I believe with him and grace of God we experienced a miracle . He was on top of everything . He kept us informed and advised us what was best .
Like I said there is not enough words to say about him . He not only helped get boys back home but he was compassionate helpful and listened to every word . He was like one of my own sons .
There is a lot of situations like ours out there don't cry grandmas don't hurt just have the right person beside you and all tears and pain will be gone .. But my advice is yes there are some great attorneys out there but if your confused on which one I can tell you . You will not go wrong with Austin if there is a way he will find it .he works very hard may even call you on weekend but he looks out for his clients and does whatever it takes to make everyone winners .
Austin Williams is for what's best for all involved . He is a wonderful Super Attorney and I would recommend him to anyone who has lost their children or anything that involves children just because that was our experience . It's not always about parents but about the children as long as they are happy what else matters .But at the end of the day it's great to know Austin is in your corner ...

Austin Williamson was on top of everything he did an excellent job. We couldn't ask for a better attorney he went above and beyond. He seemed to me more like family. I would recommend him to anyone that needed a family lawyer, he definitely knows what he's doing!

We had a difficult case that involved the need for an emergency court order to protect our child and place him in our home. Mr. Williamson was very detailed and prepared in moving quickly to make this happen. He presented the facts of the case to the judge and was able to secure a favorable decision for us. Eleven months later he worked with us to attain permanent custody for our child successfully. I found Mr Williamson to be professional, caring, attentive and very detailed in his approach and delivery in helping us win our cases. I would highly recommend him in any cases involving children.
