I am a disabled old grandma and was completely harassed for 6 hours by several nixa pd. I never got a single ticket, even though they accused me of speeding and swerving & said someone called them saying I was puking in the gas station I just stopped to use the restroom at. They asked me to blow & I ...asked them to show me proof of my speeding first because my cruise control was actually set under the limit. The officer in training read a bunch of stuff I didn’t understand, took my license and I was cuffed in the back of the suv for 6 hours. I explained that I was in a bad motorcycle accident a couple years prior and I had pins & metal in my shoulder, elbow, face, hip, could barely walk due to 80% nerve damage on my left side. I was pissed at how I was treated but still remained super sweet. I said I want my lawyer. I just wanted joe. Call joe now now now. He is always AMAZING & my lawyer for life.

After researching online, I decided to go with this firm. I’m happy I did. I feel they’ve done a very good job of accommodating. We were able to switch judges, which helped us out. When I complicated things by getting an extra ticket in a different county, Taylon was able to get me taken care of ther...e as well. I highly recommend this firm to anyone out there who may need them. God forbid I should need them again, but if so I would come to them first.

Joseph and his team did an outstanding job taking a very high criminal speeding ticket down to a 1-5 mph no point infraction. As a cdl holder this definitely was a life saver. Also being an non Missouri resident they worked well with me to do what I needed to get done for the court date. I hope I nev...er have to use them again and I mean that in the absolute nicest way possible!! But will 1000% recommend Joseph to anyone that made a bad mistake.
