Joe and his team were able to get my 7 felonies down to 1 very low misdemeanor in one of the most corrupt counties in Missouri, Christian county. He was also able to get evidence the county was trying to hide to cover their BS charges. I was charged with a DUI for refusal. To my dismay, I still had a prior DUI on my record from over 9 years ago, the prosecutor was ruthless in my case. There was no way I was going to give up without a fight. It was a matter of principle to me, I wasn't guilty this time. I was absolutely guilty ...of having a less than friendly attitude with the idiot who pulled me over. Our legal system, and I use this term loosely, is a ridiculous group of people who go to court day after day, a never ending saga designed to catch you up in their web of wasted time and money.
