I was immediately greeted with not only a highly intelligent staff but also a staff that had compassion. Joe did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was honest with me, told me it wouldn't be easy, but said if i put the work into it, he would get me where i needed to be. He gave me a laundry list of things to do, told me worst and best case scenarios, and was pretty helpful. The only thing i can... say is i wish the office would be in better contact, give more notice about dates and outcomes, and be easier to contact. In the end, however, I got the outcome i was wanting, they helped me every step of the way.
