I would say that Mr. Passanise is the exclusive "Super Lawyer" for the four-state area. I had heard that he was really good, I was really surprised when he went to work on my case. I had an out of state pretty significant criminal charge. All the attorney's I talked to where trying to get me to plead... guilty and take a plea deal. Once I hired Mr. Passanise that was no longer the case. I told him I was not guilty and did not want to plead guilty. He worked a great deal on my case and was able to get my case completely dismissed. I was really impressed with the way he handled everything. When my wife and I heard the amount of money we would have to pay for Joe to take my case, we felt like we took a punch to the gut. My ONLY complaint is that the front desk assistant is cold and impersonable. For the quality of attorney, I was surprised at her poor customer service!
