I was facing some extremely serious charges and had hired a local attorney to try and disseminate the case. Needless to say , I should have contacted Joe Passanise first. My choice was to accept a horrendous plea barging and go to prison for a minimum of 2 years (max of 15) or hire Joe. They ask you do get all these things done before your court date, DO THEM, it’s worth it, and made such a difference in my case. He fought hard ...to get me the best outcome I could get! He got one of my tickets completely dismissed! as well as unsupervised probation, and community service for a heavy dwi ticket! No jail time at all, which is all I could ask for, but he did even better! He will be my go to for anything I need in the future!
