Joe explained from Day One the situation and that it was going to be a long, hard fight. He never sugar coated the situation nor gave any false hope. The story: We were making the 3 hour trip to visit our son at college and my husband spotted a truck along the way that he wanted to test drive. Everyone knows when you test drive a truck you don’t drive the speed limit! Well my husband got a ticket during the test drive; the ticket was for 26 miles ...over the speed limit! I was concerned about what the ticket was going to do to our insurance because my husband owns his own business and it is best to keep a clean record to keep the rates low. In order for him to show up in court my husband would have to take off work, drive the two hours to the county the ticket was issued, and hopefully it would go well. I wasn’t about to let him go to a court date without me since he disagreed with the speed on the ticket, therefore I would have had to take off work also! Instead of trying to handle the ticket ourselves I contacted Mr. Passanise to take care of the ticket. We didn’t have to show up for the court date, Joe did all the negating and resolved the issue without any points lost on my husband’s license and our insurance will not be effected. We are very grateful for Joe’s assistance in taking care of this issue. I wouldn’t ever try to resolve an issue like this without his assistance. Recently my oldest son received a ticket for a seat belt violation, I’ve asked for Joe’s assistance again since my son’s court date is a week after college classes end and my son would like to pack up and move back home rather than wait a week or make the three hour drive to the county the ticket was issued. I got a DUI about 4 years ago. After a consultation with Joe, he had me take care of some things before my court date, such as some volunteer work and a SATOP class. Joe did his best to make my case a strong one. Our goal was an SIS, and that's what he got me. I had unsupervised probation for 2 years..., and after a nominal fee and hiring Joe back, I got off of probation early. He did exactly what he said he could do for me.
