Let’s face it. Nobody goes to hire Joe because they are having a good day. When I first met Joe, I was having the worst week of my life. I would say that Mr. Passanise is the exclusive "Super Lawyer" for the four-state area. I had heard that he was really good, I was really surprised when he went to work on my case. I had an out of state pretty significant criminal charge. All the attorney's I talked to where trying to get me to plead... guilty and take a plea deal. Once I hired Mr. Passanise that was no longer the case. I told him I was not guilty and did not want to plead guilty.
