I would say that Mr. Passanise is the exclusive "Super Lawyer" for the four-state area. I had heard that he was really good, I was really surprised when he went to work on my case. I had an out of state pretty significant criminal charge. All the attorney's I talked to where trying to get me to plead... guilty and take a plea deal. Once I hired Mr. Passanise that was no longer the case. I told him I was not guilty and did not want to plead guilty. He worked a great deal on my case and was able to get my case completely dismissed. I was really impressed with the way he handled everything. His office was really nice to work with too, they actually seemed to care about me and my future.

Mr. Passanise was very helpful with my case. I received a DUI and he was very helpful throughout the whole process, answering any questions that my family and I had. This was absolutley the best experience I have had with an attorney. They got me in for a consultation quickly and started working on my case immediately. Not only were they able to get my DWI dropped to an SIS, they have continued to help me throughout my probation period. Sarah, the paralegal is ab...solutley incredible. She always answers her phone or gets back to me in a timely fashion and she is incredibly knowledgeable (and if she doesn't know something she is quick to find out). Joe and/or Scott were there in the courtroom with me each time and their professionalism and knowledge of the law put me as at ease as you can be in this kind of situation. While this was my first and only time being on the defendant side of the courtroom, it was not my first time dealing with an attorney. Other lawyers I have dealt with seemed like they were in it to milk me for as much money as possible. They were upfront about pricing and charged me not a cent more than what we agreed upon.
