This was absolutley the best experience I have had with an attorney. They got me in for a consultation quickly and started working on my case immediately. Not only were they able to get my DWI dropped to an SIS, they have continued to help me throughout my probation period. Sarah, the paralegal is ab...solutley incredible. She always answers her phone or gets back to me in a timely fashion and she is incredibly knowledgeable (and if she doesn't know something she is quick to find out). Joe and/or Scott were there in the courtroom with me each time and their professionalism and knowledge of the law put me as at ease as you can be in this kind of situation. While this was my first and only time being on the defendant side of the courtroom, it was not my first time dealing with an attorney. Other lawyers I have dealt with seemed like they were in it to milk me for as much money as possible. They were upfront about pricing and charged me not a cent more than what we agreed upon. There aren't many out there who genuinley care about their clients the way Joe and his team do. They made me feel like family. I would absolutley reccomend this law office to anyone in need of a defense attorney. They know what they are doing and they do it well.

Mr. Passanise was an amazing lawyer. He helped me out of a situation that could of went way different if I hired someone else. He worked with me an had me do some "homework". Doing so he showed the judge an it was helpful. Hhe ggave me his personal cell an answered any an all questions i had. I'm ver...y happy withh the outcome of my case an would use him again if needed ( hopefully I don't need to lol)
