Mr Passanise was very helpful and completely capable of handling our case. Mr Passanise was very flexible on scheduling meetings with us and we had every bit of confidence that he could arbitrate an "end result" that would be fair and agreeable to all parties involved. We had no problems with Mr Pass...anise, however, communication from the office or a call back when we left messages for office staff were lacking.
