Joseph S. Passanise(“Passanise”) is top-notch, and his office staff and associates were great to work with during this legal process, and venture into the courts. This was the first time I had to deal with the courts within this capacity, and it was overwhelming. However, Passanise and his staff ca...lmed me down, walked me through the process, expectations, procedures, and their strategy. When I spoke to other attorneys, they instantly recommended a plea agreement. Passanise and his staff took one look at the police report, and said we have problems with this, and how they executed my probable cause arrest. Knowing that the charges against me were frivolous, I was still concerned with how a judge would look at the matter. Passanise and his associates dissected every document, and was able to effectively communicate with the judge the faults, and many problems with my case. I understand a lot of people will say they did not commit this crime, and they’re being wrongfully prosecuted, you hear it all the time. But, I knew I was innocent of the allegations being made, and with the effective arguments they presented, THE PROSECUTOR ENDED UP DROPPING / DISMISSING ALL CHARGES AT ONE OF THE INITIAL HEARINGS.
