Excellent outcome

Mr. Passanise was able to negotiate a dismissal of boating while intoxicated charge for me. Very pleased with the outcome. His paralegal, Sarah, was very helpful and responded to my emails promptly.

DUI Case

Mr. Passanise was great to work with. He handled my case with a high level of professionalism. He was able to plead my case down to a much lesser charge. His fees were reasonable and worth it considering all he did for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a DUI lawyer.

DUI Christmas Miracle

Joe is incredible. I had gotten my first DUI and I thought my life was over. I hired Joe. He walked me through ever step of the way and told me everything I needed to do before court. I followed his request. He called me into court the day before Christmas Eve and was able to get me SIS probation for... 2 years and community service. I was so blessed to be able to get another chance. I tell you, this is my first and my last DUI I will ever get!

Best lawyer!

Jo is the best lawyer in Missouri! Poor decisions were made and Jo saved our family.
