One of the most experienced attorneys in Springfield

I was very impressed with Joe and his team during my consultation. They explained step by step what they would be doing for me and what I needed to do for myself during the case. I never felt worried about how my case was going, I truly felt they had my defense the entire time.

Joe and Taylor and all the office staff were great

I was extremely pleased with the outcomes of my cases so far they have taken care of everything and got me me extremely good endings and they are working very hard to get the same outcome in my last case. If you absolutely have to win.. Joe is your guy

Mr. Passanise and his Firm have been impressive from minute one. Dealing with hundreds of cases would lead a client to assume personal attention is not what you are paying for. Absolutely not the case with Joe Passanise and his Team. Reading the transcripts of his deposition and questioning was in...credibly impressive and he remembered every finite detail of my case, even AFTER drawn-out covid delays.
