Joe is incredible. I had gotten my first DUI and I thought my life was over. I hired Joe. He walked me through ever step of the way and told me everything I needed to do before court. I followed his request. He called me into court the day before Christmas Eve and was able to get me SIS probation for... 2 years and community service. I was so blessed to be able to get another chance. I tell you, this is my first and my last DUI I will ever get!

Joe is a very kind hearted man. His compassion is apparent when he talks with you. He will reach out and ask questions very directly. He's a good verbal communicator. He also has a sense of humor and understands where you are coming from when you feel like a "criminal" for being human w/ everyday..., common failings. He knows the Law very specifically and uses every tool available within Missouri statutes. I was greatly relieved when full handling of my case was moved from a prior attorney to Joe. He made me feel assured everything would turn out for the best outcome possible. He gave me direct instructions on how to handle myself prior to my hearing. How to accumulate community service before sentencing; what recommended courses to attend; what resources to access for additional help outside the legal field. He seemed to understand it was a hard time for me emotionally and encouraged me to take the Up Road out of a time of family deaths, distresses and life emotional traumas. Which is exactly what I needed in addition to legal specific care. Confirming my need for mental health care was important to me. Now I can move forward in my life feeling much less burdened by "the system." It's a very confusing process when state and county and city entities must all be addressed simultaneously. My questions about juggling those were answered.

Rating I was falsely accused of rape with no evidence and a story that changed a few times in the investigation process. The prosecution decided to maintain their position and was still trying to prosecute me still. Mr. Passanise worked tirelessly day and night and his work was a major key in solvi...ng my case. Thanks to Mr Passanise my case was dismissed without prejudice before it even got to trial. I am most thankful to Mr. Passanise for his support throughout this tough time and for being frank with me and telling things like they are. Mr. Passanise never shied away from challenge and conducted his work in extreme professionalism and handled every situation perfectly. I do not wish on anyone to have to hire a lawyer to fix a problem but if any person I knew needed one I would recommend Mr. Passanise 10/10 times.

It was noticeable from the first meeting Joe had experience and confidence with a strategy and how to move forward. He spent time and effort extracting helpful details from the police report and then professionally and eloquently communicated and negotiated with the prosecutor.
