Our first meeting was on Saturday, Labor Day weekend. I was impressed with that. Joe is a beast in the courtroom. His staff does not wait for direction and was continually looking up referenced or past cases and slipping notes to him. The verdict wasn’t in my son’s favor and I am still thankful Joe a...nd Dee took my son as a client. The punishment was substantially less than what it could have been, which we were thankful for. When arrested, my family turned to the Wampler & Passanise Law Office; renowned throughout not just this city, nor merely the state, but throughout this region. Even though they were contacted after work hours... on a Friday nonetheless, knowing I would be incarcerated until the following Monday a...fternoon, they immediately sprang to action as a team in order to secure my release within not multiple days but mere hours. After consulting with me and my family, the team continued step by step and bit-by-bit, dismantling the draconian measures imposed against me (i.e. removal from my home, house arrest, curfew, GPS ankle shackle, restrictions on movement, etc.). Month after month, they chipped away at the gratuitous Class B Felony, securing lower and lower charges until, eventually, the evidence was reviewed and the charges were dropped ENTIRELY. It took well over a year, but in the end, my tarnished reputation is now being restored... and so is my family.
