My lawyer was on top of my case. If he had not pointed out the many times I had missed work and was on disability through my job because of my medical issues I would not have won my case. He was able to show that I was unable to work a normal work schedule and the medical advisor for the social secu...rity department agreed that I had missed more work than what would be allowed at a job. The attorney was able to ask me questions that the judge was not asking in order to win my case.

I have just started the process of obtaining benefits for disability, and I am very happy that they took my case. Without their help and guidance, I feel that I would be at a huge disadvantage. They were upfront and honest with me about the process. Plus, took the time to explain it could take quite ...a while to be approved and start receiving benefits--if we were to win my case.
