E Justin Rouse

This attorney was assigned to me via Legal Services of Southern Missouri in the divorce/custody case that I was in. At first he seemed like a good lawyer and he really was. However, once the courts made it clear that they have strong distaste about me using Legal Services of Southern Missouri, he sta...rted to slack off even more on his job. I provided proof and documentation about tons of items in the case, however he never either enforce them during court or he didn't use them and in the end, the courts sided with the other party because of none of the evidence was held up. I showed a photo of where the floor was molding in the house where myself, daughter, and now ex-husband lived and my lawyer did not really enforce that that IS bad for a child's lungs AND did not point out the fact the way my ex-husband fixed it was using the boards off of a book shelf and there was other documentation that did not go through because of Justin Rouse not doing his job properly. The other party even said that I vacated a home and did not give contact information to the person (Landlord) that I was living with in order for my ex husband to get a hold of me however I gave PROOF to Justin Rouse that that was indeed a lie, but he did not bring it up in court or give them my proof so the courts took it as I was lying about actually having contact with the person. In my personal opinion, he might be a good lawyer if you actually pay him. However, I feel like since I used Legal Services, he didn't handle my case correctly.
