I was unfortunately needing Ben for a DWI/Speeding case in Boone County and had several consultations with family-friend attorneys (other city/states so they weren’t used here) and other local criminal attorneys and I got basically the same answer from them all.. DWI is fairly cut and dry in the area... assuming no other crazy circumstances and I went in expecting a fairly specific outcome regardless of who I went with. Ben was not the most expensive option nor was he the cheapest but he provided the best possible value overall. I figured this wasn’t something I wanted to do cheaply and just get over with and immediately after consulting with Ben I had made my mind up that he’s who I wanted to go with. I still talked to a couple others just to be sure and even got positive feedback from other local DWI attorneys when I mentioned I talked to him as well. From the beginning he was obviously knowledgeable, cared about what he did, and was honest. I am more than pleased with the outcome he got me. He accomplished more than anyone I spoke to thought was possible. He has great communication and you can tell he really loves what he does. He has gone above and beyond for all aspects of my case and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody. I never plan to need his services again, but if I ever happen to come across any other situation, even a minor traffic issue he will likely be my first call.
